We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We trust that you value our time as much as we value yours.

 

This policy is in place as we are a small clinic.  When a person doesn't show or cancels late, this prevents another person from being seen. 

We understand circumstances change and emergencies happen so please let us know.

( A cancellation fee may be waived, this is considered on a case by case basis)

Policy: 

1st no show or late cancellation - no fee we understand these things happen.  We will send you a reminder of our policy.

2nd no show or late cancellation - we will send you an invoice for the full fee, this will need to be paid before your next visit
